About Our Service

  • Royal Orna is an Australian-owned custom jewellery manufacturing service (ABN 48 466 474 672). We connect Australian customers and retailers with generational artisans in Surat, India. We do not hold stock or sell finished items through an online cart.

How Orders Work

  • You submit an enquiry via our website forms, email, or WhatsApp.
  • We provide a detailed quote + 3D render (free, no obligation).
  • You approve the quote and pay 100 % upfront via bank transfer or PayPal (business).
  • Production begins only after full payment is received.

Pricing & Quotations

  • All quotes are valid for 7 days.
  • Final price is based on the live international metal rate on the day production starts. If the rate moves >3 %, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund.
  • Wholesale pricing applies automatically for orders of 10+ identical pieces or total value > AUD $5,000.

Production & Delivery

  • Production time: 7–21 business days depending on complexity and quantity.
  • Shipping via DHL Express or FedEx (DDP – duties & GST pre-paid). Typical delivery 5–10 days after production.
  • Tracking number and photos of the finished piece are sent before dispatch.

Cancellations & Changes

  • You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of payment.
  • After 24 hours, production usually begins and no refunds or changes are possible.

Refunds & Remedies

  • If the finished piece does not match the approved design or quoted specifications, we will repair, remake, or refund 100 % at our cost.
  • Change-of-mind cancellations after 24 hours are not accepted.

Quality Guarantee

  • All gold and platinum carries BIS hallmarking (or equivalent laboratory certificate).
  • All diamonds are GIA/IGI/HRD certified with full disclosure.
  • 12-month manufacturing defect warranty.

Intellectual Property

  • Designs you submit remain your property. By placing an order you grant us permission to manufacture the piece.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or events beyond our control / natural disasters.

Governing Law

  • South Australian law and Australian Consumer Law apply.
